Food is not a problem in Madurai. The restaurant at Taj garden retreat is one other place you have to visit, situated on a hill overlooking the temple city. It’s the only angle from where this city looks clean. You get awesome continental food. Told you food isn’t a problem. You have other restaurants in 3-5 star hotels. Taj being the only ***** hotel in this city. When you in the Meenakshi temple, hajeemoosa, and Taj Garden Retreat, you feel outta Madurai.
