This is one of the worst hotels i have ever been to. Their service and the rooms were terrible. I needed a good hotel at Santhome High Rd and thru the details offered on the net..i thght it shld b a good one. But I was in for a rude shock when I got into my room. The first thing I noticed was..tht they didnt seem 2 have cleaned the room in ages..the curtains were off the rails!! Their bathroom bolt was damaged, they didnt have hot water in the washroom( i mean can u imagine a 3 star hotel not having access 2 hot water), shabby rooms( there were leaks all ard the room and the paint coming off and its pieces had fallen onto the furniture ard), their phone wasnt working, they didnt have a plug point( 2 use electrical appliances like iron box, mobile charger etc) , the fridge wasnt working and was kept as a mere showpiece( the inside's of the fridge was filled with green spots and broken dirty ice cube trays . Everytime we needed sumthing, we had 2 make trips 2 the reception. And it seemed tht they had major insects issues as the room was loaded with mothballs. They didnt even have the basic facilities rite. The hotel staff was totally inefficent in handling our problems. they said they will do needful 2 tackle the issue but did nothing. For fixing the washroom door bolt, he said tht he will have 2 contact the OWNER and cannot do anything without his approval. The best part was all the rooms were in the same condition, so we couldnt shift to another room. We were 2 have stayed for 4 days in the hotel but checked out early next day as it was terrible !! I gave the receptionist a good piece of my mind but i doubt whther it would bring abt any change. So go 2 this hotel at ur own risk!
