I live in USA, I came to India last year Nov - Dec 2005. I took Raju travels from New Delhi to Khanna. On our way the bus took a break at Haveli Restaurant at Karnal around 4:00 AM. Initially I thought it must be some high priced restaurant, but when I got doen and went to restroom(toilet), Unbelievable :) :) :) it was so clean that I felt I am still somewhere in USA. Then as I entered I saw some statues there they reflected punjabi culture. I had Aloo ka Parantha at 4:00 in the morning, it tasted so good. Then on our stay in Punjab we once went to Jalandhar Haveli and on our back to Delhi airport we again went to Karnal Haveli. I love haveli in my next visit I am going to go more than 3 times.
