I have called from Pune to book the ac room for 3 days from 22 Nov 2007 , and cofirmed that I will be reaching by Hutatma express at around 10.30 P.M. After reaching there in night he has flatly refused about booking in casual and jocking mood.He has created great inconvinance .So be aware.I feel management utterly irresponsible.
