We had actually booked into the Mirador Hotel but on arrival at 4.30am they told us that our room wasn't available and that they'd therefore booked us in to their sister hotel - The Regency.

The room at the Mirador cost us £115 and the Regency wanted to charge us the same eventhough the hotel is only a 3 star property, not 4 star.

The Regency hotel is located right next to a motorway - and I mean right next to it. The noise is absolutely horrendous and if you want to get any sleep at all, then do not stay at this hotel.

Moreover the quality of this hotel is extremely poor. Not only were the staff rude and surly but the rooms themselves were disgusting. Poor bedding, dirty sheets and crusty toiletries.....
