The delivery service has detoriated after the call centre concept has come in. We are situated 100 Mts. from Pizza Hut @ Cunningham Road, Bangalore, India - actually walking distance and are on the opposite side of the road. However, it takes more than 75 minutes to deliver i.e., even after 75 minutes, we did not receive delivery and had to cancel the order for 2 pizzas.

It is very disappointing and sad that due to the problems, business is going to Dominos.
