Worst place for an outing - the kanakpura outlet !!!

You ask for the terrible experience...

The first time i visited... i was escorted to terrible place with a loose hanging light .... full of dust ....how can u have a dusty light...it looked as if the ceiling light was about to fall, i had ordered for a soft drink , the serving personnel forgot till i finished my dinner. he also didnt take proper note that i wanted mustard sauce to be served with my with the pizza...and i didnt but should have taken the pic of the sauce bowl..it had a insect floating in the sauce.....does pizza hut maintain any standards???????????????????????? T

The staff takes extra order like you want cheese on the garlic bread which will cost me 10 rs extra..but what abt the quality of service you provide..do i make a showcase in the outlet and say pls make it complimentary... you cannot charge anything extra untill you provide some quality service.

The garlic brad served was charred from the sides.... is this the quality of bread you serve...and expect customers to pay for.....................

My 2 nd terrible experience:

20th April ; i called up for taking timings of deliver as it was raining... the lady on the phone said: it would take atleast 1 hr to 1 hr:30 mins to reach jpnagar 5th phase from kanakpura outlet. As i had to consult my friend, told her will call back in 2mins.. after 2 mins... i call up again..one gentle man picks up, puts on hold with out mentioning anything, speaks to someone on other phone....

next speaks to me back...says to be on hold as other calls rings...the volume of the other ringing call is so so high..that its not possible for me to speak to tht same person or hear if he says anything.....

again he gets back to me and asks for tel no, address deatils...on hold again......

again he gets back and aks for palcing menu..asking me if i was placing for the first time.... i said yes.....next some one speaks from back....in some local language..its so harsh tht the voice spoken is even heard in the call....to mee...

next he says we cannot deliver because the timings is out...we cannot deliver it to jp nagar 5th phase as there is no driver to go to tht area...

This conversation took me around 10 mins and i wasted rs.16 calling pizza hut again to get we do not deliver now...

I have been using pizza hut as my favourite destinations in agra, goa, jaipur..at least 2 times a week . but never ever faced such problems till date. I had dropped in a comment form with all details...have never recieved any response till date..this shows the type of service pizza hut gives....

I have anyways forwarded my compalint to the regional director, Pizza Hut, India & Mr. Rajeshwar rao, Congress head, Hyderabad .Hope they takes some action. The staff attitude towards customers has changed totally and they need to be really groomed on some hospitality terms...

I hope this experience of mine will be noted as a lesson to be learnt and not just as a complaint...

i hope thsi experience of mine should be a last one with Pizza hut.............
