Horrible service /poor behavior

I happened to visit jEWEL BOX, during my trip to Bangalore, during mid october. I have always
visited the resturent in the past and had wonderful experience both regards to food and proper
behavior by the waiters. During the most recent visit, I had a very bitter experience with a
waiter who waited on us. He showed a very ugly side of him during taking the order. food was
ordinary and not the usual standard of Jewel Box. I am not so much complaining about the food
but the dismal attiude of that Rascal who accidentally was at my table. The food was late and
ignored special requests such as extra spicy hot . Everytime he showed up at the table he constantly
showed his ugly attitude . I almost felt like leaving the place but I did not want to create a scene
and hence I ignored him. His duty was to bring the food for which we pay in full and show his
decent attitude . He should realize that "TIPS" IS A PRODUCT OF HIS SERVICE AND ATTITUDE
AND OVERALL EXPERIENCE. I make the decision as to who should be tipped and who should not
be tipped. I asked my brother not to tip him at all but my brother ignored me and tipped him
Rs.10. That rascal waiter did not diserve any tips at all. Next time when I visit the jewel box, I
hope I dont get that rascal . If I accidentally find him please mention to him that I will not be
tipping him at all. That RASCAL should go and work elsewhere in a cheap place which he truly
deserves and not work in a place like Jewel box. Again , I wish to state that next time , if at all I find
him showing his ugly side , I may have to show my ugly side as well. May be few clients may have
him spoilt by tipping him . His "duty " is to bring the food from the kitchen and place it on the
table and show a decent attitude. Does he think that we are there expecting free food ? we pay in
full and tipping is our decision. This particular idiot should realize that. unfortunately, other
services such as a plumber , electrician , a secretary who truly deserves tipping do not get tipped.
If he expects tipping , he should go to school and learn a decent behivior and that is just a
beginning.
