Well, there were a number of Japanese parties in the place on Saturday night. But then, Japanese visitors to Bangalore must be more desperate than me(an American) for some home cooking. The party of four gentlemen next to me ordered nothing that was not cooked. I braved the sushi platter and it was not terrible, I did not get sick, but it sure was clear this was not the fresh fish I associate with a JApanese restaraunt. The miso bore a strong resemblance to the Indian vegetable soup I had at lunch. I could not finish it. I recommend following some wise advice: if you cannot see the Japanese chef preparing the fish, forget it. I did not see any Japanese employees here.
